Business Traveler
The hotel was in a good location, the room was way too small it was very noisy and the bed was hard as a rock. If you know anyone in New York and you can sleep on their floor do it.

Location was excellent for my needs. Room was very small but bath was large. Two twin beds took up almost all of room. Had problems with TV remote and called the desk. They said they were sending someone but no one came. Concierge was very helpful with arranging shuttle to airport. Beds were OK. Room was drafty and a little cool. No thermostat in room. okay after upgrade.
Reserved room (chosen by hotel) was very small because of kitchen with empty cabinets and drawers and stove with 2 out of 4 burners broken. Fluorescent light above cabinets unlovely. Upgraded room $50 more per night - good size & good beds. Furniture somewhat worn. Clean and quiet. ...read more

The room was extremely small and not well appointed. No furniture other than bed and 2 night stands. Closet was very small. TV was outdated.

The lobby was very large and had a European feel. The room was large for New York City. The bed was firm and it was very quiet. The bathroom was floor to ceiling slate which looked attractive but it smelled very moldy and musty. The shower was scary! ...read more
